Ron Boulanger Drawing on over 25 years of business experience domestically and internationally (US, Europe, and Asia), Ron’s ability to help organizations maximize the value of IT was significantly enhanced in his role as IT Director at Inco Limited a leading nickel mining company (2001-2007). Skilled at understanding the “big picture”, Ron is recognized for developing plans at all level of detail, from strategic to operating to project plans, and realizing their successful outcomes. In 2010, Ron successfully completed strategic project deployments for Tim Hortons, a leading Canadian QSR coffee & donut chain. Having training and experience in the use of Lean/Six Sigma, Ron has a business process orientation to problem solving. While with Magna (1986 – 1989) and Rockwell (1989 – 2000), Ron engaged in a number of business process improvement projects in the areas of Accounting, Procurement, Shipping & Receiving, and Inventory Management.
